It does increase your FF% a lot, the problem is FF's are not balanced..aka they do not occur enough, even on very high str/tackling builds. If they were occurring a lot, FF% AE would be very noticeable, and make a build cause more FF's than they should be able to .

Nope - any +% pieces bought after the announcement are not eligible. And they are refund tokens that must be used by the end of pre-season, you can't keep them forever.

They aren't going to remove AE and VA's to do so though, so you have to work backwards. The only option I can even seen them exploring is removing VA's and AE from maybe a second test server, and working on the base there, the problem is they likely will not get the balance right then either, because test server can not replicate the live sim enough to show every potential problem.
