Obviously, you are NOT in customer service business. IF they don't like it, they will go elsewhere with their money.

RL example -- Walmart will always take returns back.. period.. why do you think people keep going back..

Right. Nothing I've done has been customer service oriented and I know absolutely nothing about it.

(that was sarcasm)

I value every one's opinion and don't want to lose any customers, but I also believe that we need to make changes that are for the long term good of the game. Not everyone will see a change that way, which is understandable. They have a right to speak with their wallet and while I would prefer they not and would prefer they give the game a chance to go through these changes to see how the game will improve, I'm not going to begrudge them for having a different opinion. That being said, 1/2 the people that will say "I'm quitting the game"... won't. They just like to make themselves out to be tough guys when they really aren't.

I'm sad that Deathblade has stopped posting his Red Herring link.

Yeah, but if you roll for AEQ on a low level player, you're virtually guaranteed a decent +% piece that will make his first 3-5 seasons a little less boring. I'll usually roll for AEQ 1-2 times around level 14 for my slowbuilds and just pick up the best piece I get.

So, true.. It would be very interesting to see how those people end up. What was the term "rage quitters"??

I will hopefully be around to see how this works out.

I cant believe we are discussing rage quitting and I cant get an answer (from someone that matters) as to why the current solution is better than not allowing stacking but giving a 3% gain instead of a 2% gain. I thought that was what this thread was for... getting clarification as to why this decision was made and how its going to be implemented.

No bet, so no bluff..

I will NOT back down from how it being presented and perception of take it or leave it as it was 1st revealed.. We have seen that there have been 'revisions' to the original archetypes and probably will be to the AEQ changes.

Decision was made because AEQ stacking was over powered.

How it's going to be implemented - see the announcement.

Cant sit and read through 37 pages... This really changes builds of my skill players that are going into pleateau seasons. Im pretty disappointed. Seems like a huge waste of time now that I have been building players to match their AEQ, now they wont break tackles. I wouldve have just continued the all speed route instead of investing in so much strength and carrying.

Seriously wasted $.

Whatever... you know my idea is better... your solution is set in stone and do not wish to put anymore effort into making it better... you have an idea that will be an improvement and that is enough... typical GLB half-assed fix.

I give up... you got what you wanted.

Nerfing instead of buffing is what has made this game bland.
