Yes, it says the change will take place at the end of season 14. And it also says the deadline for selling equipment is the beginning of Season 15.

What it does NOT say (at least not clearly) is that you will not get a full refund for selling equipment unless you wait until the offseason.

My understanding is that they are not nerfing the effectiveness of the % equip, just nerfing the effectiveness of the stack to the equip.

But we all know changes are constantly made in this game. If people don't like it they can leave until the sim in complete. If they still want to play, they need to learn to adapt and stop complaining. Making suggestions for the betterment of the sim is one thing, but throwing a tantrum anytime a change is made that affects their dots is annoying.

No, I'm not.. I just have been here just as long or longer that most of those posting and have just been (upto lately) quiet about things.. BUT enough is enough.. It is more of How it is being done, perception of who, etc.. Years of customer service and being in software development, testing, and customer acceptance of software is coming out.

What if the agent wants to swap out all their percent items since they may have only chose to stack percent items because it was the only counter available?

Quite honestly, I would have quit if they didn't fix SIS. I had a PB at the time as well. I was loving it. It was also unfair and unrealistic.

You would be able to convert those +Break Block's to +attribute (it would depend on what it's starting level was). You could keep one or both if you wanted to as well. Convert won't cost anything. If you sell to get the refund tokens option, you'll get a full refund of EQ value and BT's.
