Yeah, I wasn't really sure where to put it. Ultimate sticky is great, thanks.

if you're going to protect a workbook, at least maximize it first so that we can manipulate its view somewhat. i had to do the whole straxx.com thing just so i could actually see the entire spreadsheet. that said, thanks for making this.

I have just starting using this tool and think its great.
I have one question: I am currently lvl 11 and below where I entered my target the lvl reads 19; what does that mean? That for me to reach my goals I would have to be lvl 19? Or have I made a mistake entering xp?

If you enter in your XP Gained thus far it will return your current level. If you take an average of your past XP gained in games (the logs can be found by clicking XP History on your player profile), you can somewhat project the level you'll be at by the end of the season by entering that number + the automatic XP per day in the XP Gained field. In hindsight I probably could have put it in a better spot, but for now that's where it is.
So start from scratch with the XP and enter 11 * 1000 = 11000
11,000 + current XP = ??? <-enter this number in todays XP Gained day.
Also I noticed a little bug with the formatting, some fields may not show the correct color. The meter is working fine which is what I have been mainly looking at anyway. When I have time I'll correct it and update.
Please post any ideas or suggestions you have that might help make this journal better.

I need to update that info, thanks. Try downloading it again in a few hours.
You can copy your sheets over to the new workbook, or from the new workbook move the sheet labeled "XP Points per Level" to your existing workbook. Or just enter the values into the "XP Points per Level" sheet as such:
LVL XP
1 - 100
2 - 96
3 - 91
4 - 87
5 - 82
6 - 77
7 - 73
8 - 69
9 - 65
10 - 61
11 - 57
12 - 54
13 - 51
14 - 47
15 - 45
16 - 42
17 - 39
18 - 37
19 - 34
20 - 32
21 - 30

i get most of this and it seems really useful, but how exactly do the target warning tolerance and target day warning tolerance work?

See the OP. If you're far behind (exceeding target warning tolerance) and close to the target day then the attribute will turn red so you can quickly recognize it.

Downloaded this and looked at it as I've made something that is similar (but is geared more towards projections not tracking).
Here is my comments - please don't take this as bashing because it's certainly not meant to be.
-----------------------------------------------
The design is a little rough - as you could have those tables all consolidated on 1 sheet and hidden as those values don't need to be edited anyway (they are looked up with your functions). The only thing that is visible is the working tabs where the people enter their player information.
You have 1 tab dedicated for each position - but if you make another lookup table with SA information you could have 1 tab for each player instead (big difference). These would be dynamically created when they imput his position. That way a guy who has day 4 DT's doesn't have to copy/paste 3 more tabs. Furthermore a guy with 2 players really only needs 2 sheets - not all the rest.
Right now you have 20 tabs - and you could probably get away with as little as 5 - and let the user create/delete the excess sheets as needed - and hide those lookup table sheets.
I like the use of the targeting - with thresholds for early warning. With a little bit of design changes (mainly with adding a SA lookup table) it would seem a lot less cumbersome to a new user.
Again, please don't take this as criticism (as there is a ton of it on this board) - I don't mean this to be. Just trying to give you ideas to streamline it some more - the intent and what is covered is fine.

Thanks for the feedback and excellent suggestions. I'll be sure to implement some of this when I get around to it. I was looking at trying to integrate some way of projecting totals using the Level up info as well as utilizing some tpaterniti's training data.
The suggestion about SA information is brilliant and I feel like an idiot for overlooking it. Wow, it would have been much easier that way.
Thanks!

It looks pretty useful. Thanks for sharing. Could you add a column in between Meter and Target that divides Meter by Target? This would give you a proportional ratio of how far each ability is away from the Target and would give owners a clue on which items need to be given priority.
Also, some owners prefer to use daily training for Minor abilities and level up SP's for Major abilities. So, could you add a column on to designate each ability as a Minor or a Major and then color code the shading differently?
A sum function under Meter would also be useful.
