It means they have a product to market more. Also means that if someone is looking to buy GLB they have a more "established" product. Really means nothing when you come down to it, though...just a tag that really means nothing.

No. Pee Wee is in it's own little world.

It is time for max exp for everyone.

When calculations are made off assumptions that every is getting max exp, you need to change the system.

Should we go directly to Zeta?

Well first, it takes one play to get max XP, so it's a safe assumption that everyone will get max XP. Secondly, max XP is different from player to player, so they have to just choose a number for calculations.

I guess my post was more a question than I thought, then.

If I get converted at, for example, lvl 40. Say then I keep playing at get to my last season before decline. I will be playing against guys that were pre-level 25 (meaning they got no VA's until the new system). Will our VA's be even?

I didn't mean anything negative. Going out of Beta is a good thing. I just mean at the end of the day for the players it probably doesn't really mean much. If something is seen as a huge negative it will be fixed still, beta tag or not. New features will still come into the game. Just saying for the current player it doesn't matter. To bring in new players it does matter.

Yes, they'll be relatively even (might not be exact but should be approximately equal)

if the changes necessitate a re-org of the leagues - PLEASE PLEASE come up with something to correct competitiveness of Pro. a new level? longer plateau? less Pro leagues? something. now is the perfect time

there has been plenty of Suggestions posted

I'm more concerned that the age conversion is going to put players in a league's mid-range. For example, I'm guessing that the current Local Minors, most of whom will be 200 days old at the end of this season, will convert to roughly 105 days old in the new system, putting them in the middle of the new Regional Minor, along with converted University and Regional Minor players. That seems to be a wide gap in talent level to me. Would it be possible to maintain the current age divisions -- with a smaller than 40-day window after conversion, natch -- and phase in the new ones as those dots get older?
