Oh look ... I just got a Day 18 scrim offer for our Round 4 game. Why post a schedule if it isn't going to be followed?

Fwiw there is only a max of 6 rounds before the championship bracket, not 7, so there should be a little leeway.
In situations where neither team attempts to send the scrim in time, would you like him to forfiet both teams?

No. Should wait long enough that the rest of the tournament is held hostage obv.
You realize this tournament didn't get finished last season, right? The reason for establishing deadlines for each round is to keep everything on track. The rules are clearly posted prior to sign-up. If that's asking too much, GTFO. It isn't complicated.

You realize the reason the tournament doesn't get finished is the progress in the losers' bracket, right? Your bracket game is just fine.
Now that you've beat the pests your next game is against:
(Osaka/DADDY vs Black Hand Gods of War/Black Sea Storm) vs Crouching African Hidden Elephants
as a round 1 of championship bracket (due by day 32).
Edit - I had the brackets scrolled and miscounted the rounds.
Osaka/DADDY and BHGoW/BSS are round 5 games - they're supposed to finish by d20, then the winners play each other in round 6 by day 24, then that winner plays CAHE in round 6 by day 28. Your game was in plenty of time to be ready for this. Winning out means a lot of sitting and waiting in double-elim, sorry.
I'm not saying the losers brackets aren't a problem - they usually fall behind, especially as playoffs near, and even with deadlines I wouldn't be surprised if this still doesn't finish this season. But a day or two in the winner's bracket finals won't back anything up.
