anyway to know how many teams were given out last offseason?
I'm 917 on the list...

do ya think I'll get a team this offseason coming up?
or have to wait till season 12?

Generally, most agents on the wait list are accomodated. You will move up on the last, and I'd say that there are good odds you will get a team.

Well, perhaps you could edit it to address the stuff that has changed

Also, some points about managing money are a must since that's where teams fail the most.

red, currently we(FAQ Mods) are trying to restructure FAQ into something better and do not have the time to work on that, mod the forums and rewrite a guide. If you would like to rewrite this guide we would gladly accept it and include it into our LINKS thread.

Just to be clear - so someone who is currently 917 on the team wait list will probably get a team for Season 11? I'm at around 640 on the wait list so that would be very encouraging to me.

You have a very high chance of getting a team. Last season there were about 500 CPU teams before the offseason and people don't renew, so 640 should be close to a definite yes.

does how long u have the team for depend on how much u get when u sell the team?

example: does having a team for one day give u more or less flex points back than having a team for 70 days?

when your ownership runs out do u get any flex points for losing your team?
