National Pro is a joke. Any team that fails to make playoffs (and some that slip in as 7 or 8 seeds) in National Pro right now, has no business being in National Pro.

Good teams can go through the season in National Pro and make the playoffs without changing their game plan all season, and will probably win over 1/2 their games by more than 40 pts.



Because Borf with his instant "regional Pro" fix promote some A & AA teams up there (still don't know how they called under the new age system).

EDIT: Btw EEPL was very competive the last two seasons.

To make a suggestion immediately avialable for vote is gross missuse of an admin's powers.

Every suggestion should go through the same vetting process no mater who creates the suggestion.

There are tons of suggestions that should be up for a vote, but for some reason do not make it to the voting stage and for this suggestion to go to voting immediatly is just plain wrong.....

age based leagues and the promotion system therein are working. this idea could too.

I don't like the idea of adding another season between day 0 and the WL.

The only thing changing is the promotion and relegation rules for the top few levels and some name changes, that's all. Nothing out of the extraordinary.

The point is...they are going to do something with the PRO league. Either we go with the naming of National Elite Pro or we keep the regions intact and do regional hemispheres.

I don't understand the do away with the WL/regions idea....I think it takes even more interest from the fun of the top of the leagues. The naming of the leagues and how the promo/demo works are really two different issues and you right there has been a problem with this throughout all of the leagues since they went away from the AAA/BBB setup.

+1 to the updated idea, since a change is better then non change.

The only issue is parity. The FA market is strongly affected from the reputation of the team. Team with WL experience (current or past) compete for better dots the regular pro teams. Adding a tier will make it even harder for unestablished team to recruit it way up. The team with Hemisphere experience will control the FA market.

As far as I see the current situation the WL club is almost closed. Some constant teams and some teams that promote up and down, and not a lot of new blood. If the Hemispheres become a closed club to, then you improve competition but also make it harder to get into the big boys club.

If you think you are taking a team of dots that are younger than 400 days old to the WL you are kidding yourself.

You really don't want to get there until most of your dots are 440 days old anyway, that way you don't get there and demote because your players don't have level 72 equipment, and spend their first season of plateau back in a lower league.
