Even if they're not AI bots, I suspect many will look at the extra hoop to jump through and decide it's not worth their time. Time is money and it's easier just to find less demanding places to drop your spam and run.

I have not yet tested when exactly to use the SP to cap. On this player, I capped at 41, but I do not know if that is the ultimate time to cap. Then there is the question of double or triple star training. In this test, I triple starred the all training first player, and double starred the cap training.

It's actually fairly early. 30 (29.something, to be exact) is where the training goes negative compared to the other side of the cap, for 2 starred training. 56% vs 29% (x2 value = 58% "value" training).

That doesn't mean that stopping at 30 and boosting is optimal, since you're eating up an ALG. But if you've reached 33.9 (assuming you went 1 pound heavier/lighter to get the trailing .9), I'd strongly suggest capping and training on the other side of the cap, you're going deep into the "training valley" so to speak by going higher than that without capping.

All dots got it, except for newly created ones (who get it immediately).
