Yes, that is what I was thinking also, make it so both W/L and pro leagues ate all competitive, especially with the amount of agents that play the game now

So teams in the championship game promote. It would be really cool if Bort could make the 3rd place games happen, having the teams that lost in the conference championship game, square off against one another in Week 20. I feel like that used to be a thing, and maybe it's just gone since the DotPocalypse??

That would give a nice meaningful game to lock up those last 4 spots, taking one from each league.

100% agree after WL exists, condense Natty down to two. Maybe something totally uncreative like SAPL+NAPL -> Americas, and Europe+Pacific -> Eurasia.

Do people really not remember that there were not enough teams before the crash to even fill 2 pro leagues. There were too many pro conferences with only 2 competitive teams. Just look at how few teams there are coming up behind the top tier now. We would be lucky to field 2 pro leagues with a WL in 3 or 4 seasons. In 10 seasons, even fewer.

I agree to an extent. What's not yet known is how many teams will reset now that we've reached the end and all (dot) mistakes will manifest themselves in full. I've got 2 dots I am unhappy with how they turned out. Probably my mistakes along the way. I'll finish them 1st and then decide but I am sure I am not alone. I expect a few teams will reset... some likely farm teams that have finished their work and will start over again. And some teams that just decide to start over. That's going to reduce the number of available teams but, then, to what number? As well as there will likely be someone to buy a team and collect all the FA's not signed up. Until Bort knows how many he has to really work with, it'll be difficult to say we need this number of leagues or that number. I still think odd number leagues should be an option (3 being the odd number) and I'm ok if that number needs to change every season. As long as we're not slammed with nearly empty leagues filled with 1 or two real teams and a crapload of CPU's. That's just not optimal.

1 Champions League
4 demoting non-PO teams

2 Pro leagues
- finalists promoting (CCG teams: 4 total)
- 4 demoting non-PO teams

2 AAA Leagues
- finalists promoting (CCG teams: 4 total)
- focus on having a full human league

Let semi-pro be the old reg'pro level wise
