I am posting this here because this is the LVL he always talked about playing and the one during most of his last 2 years he lived for. Just so everyone knows he passed away the day after Thanksgiving of Cancer. Believe me I am not one to post on the forums, but I have noticed his main team SWAT and his name mentioned quite often in posts and just thought everyone should know. He asked me if I would take over his account/teams about two months ago and I agreed to do that as we have been friends since we were 6. Who am I? I played GLB before John did and am the one who got him interested in the game. I have also Coordinated at the top levels back in the day, but left the game as it became boring to me. That is all you need to know, but I can only hope that I can be half the Coordinator he was.

Thank you and good night!

RIP John, a one of a kind GLB legend, my tag team partner for many years and many titles, and an actual online friend. He will be missed.

Super sad to hear this. I spoke to him often off the record and about just life. Hope his family heals in time and he is free of his pain. I lost both parents to cancer I know personally it is horrible. He will be missed. Thx for keeping his spirit alive in the game.

I was only on a few of his teams but I always remember how kind and respectful he was in all of our communications....

I'm very sorry to hear this. It his clear he had a profound impact on this game and on the enjoyment of many others here. To call him a legend of our small corner of the internet doesn't quite do him justice.

My heart goes out to his family and his friends.

As a member of my extended GLB family, he was one of the best. I enjoyed being a part of his teams and shall lament his passing. But for his REAL family and friends, outside the game, you have my complete and utter sympathy and condolences. To lose someone at this time of year is the pits (not that it doesn't hurt anytime else). Prayers to watch over you all. RIP John.

RIP to a true Legend in these parts and he seemed like a great guy. He will be immortalized in our GLB universe.

P.S. - Should name one of the WL Conferences after him

So sorry to hear about John, we knew he was having some health issues but didn't expect this.
Sorry to hear about this and my condolences goes out to him and his family.

i agree with SmithsterSmitty about one of the W/L conferences being named after John, he has been a main stay in this game as far as I can remember. If I am not mistaken he took over the team Cherokee Nation back in the day and made it his main team Swat.
