my 2 cents is this PR DE, are not good when getting to the pros, they will get squished vs the oline.run right at em with power qb or power HB.s and they will not perform as if they were in pass situation, so for that i dont build em. Now a good Dc would put them in a spot to be a force but only on certain pass plays and, formations.
Agree with Pooper. Their speed plays well at low level because QB's and receivers are still slow in their actions/reactions. Once those get up higher and O-line gets more vision and agility, they lose their effectiveness (not completely, but they're not as dominant as before).
