I'm wondering how big of a penalty it would be to play an FB at HB or a TE at WR? I'm in a casual league and I took over OC this season. My first time doing it. I can't use advanced tactics. Im trying to find work around. I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to use advance tactics. I would have built our team differently

The closer they are position wise the less the penalty. I believe it's assumed to be ~5% penalty for those positions closest to where you're playing them.

The archetype description under Rusher FB says "A rusher FB can also competently play as a power HB for teams needing depth"

The archetype description under Scat RB says "He can even make a reasonable WR5"
