pass-rushing DT all the way!

http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player_awards.pl?player_id=4461449

5 seasons in WL
#1 in hurries 4 times, #3 the other time
#2 in deflections one season with 29 (20+ deflections every season)
#2 in sacks one season with 17 (other seasons 7-15)

To be fair, scheme is a big part of the stats, but I loooove the pass-rushing, ball-swatting NT. It makes me so happy.

That dot was so awesome

The scheme plays so much of a part of a dot doing well or coming close to being a contender for MVP.

I've noticed that one dot build in differing schemes performs so differently for each, and why some teams have such trouble getting specific dots for specialty positions. Funny enough, my dot is similar (with a few distinct differences) to the one you linked, and definitely playing in a different scheme.

I have a lot of questions on what would be best, as in stong recievers that can hold blocks or high agility recievers that can seperate quickly. Rest assure this team will suck....

5wr with Stong or Agile WRs? Another idea i would like to try is have a deep passer QB and strictly use Big I or Pro set, then build specific HB/FB/TE dots for strictly pass blocking. I'd have Speed WRs just run go routes non stop. See if the line could protect for longer with the added help.

Best pass formation is sbbig. Don’t hold your hub,fb or te for blocking. Just gives a DC an advantage. WR and any other receivers top need is speed. If the receiver is taking too long to get to his way point, the qb won’t even try to throw it to him.

Ok, I want to talk about the speed for WR. I have read in forums that agility creates the seperation and since the WR in the lower level stops once the ball is thrown, that you should go with agility over speed because the dot is stopping anyways. So ive done that this season and my WRs have been awful.

This one was my slot receiver. http://glb.warriorgeneral.com/game/player.pl?player_id=4386092 Was damn good, although slower than I'd recommend. It was common for DCs to tell me the receivers on my team were too fast for them to cover, (there are awesome VA for a slot receiver and being too slow can be made up at that position) and this ones speed was pretty much in the middle range. I'd recommend 152 as a speed. Don't need as much catching as I gave him, drop it 5 or 6 points probably not see any reduction.
