It's not bugs it's clearly hardware failure or even server/services failure. Shit just isn't processing properly. It 99% positive it has nothing to do with the actual code

The biggest issue, from a customer service standpoint is they are not even mentioning fixing anything and I'm sure there are still people bbuying flex to play THIS game...at least admit something is fucked and it's not going to get fixed but don't keep giving people the false hope that it's not actually going to die so they buy more flex to invest in this game. There was just a flex sale on black Friday 4 months ago...
