Warrior General Games

So... I used to be a somewhat successful GLB Owner and OC in my day. I'm interested in joining a team to help out, if I can find a situation that makes sense. Probably looking for LVL79 dots and no casual, but slightly younger teams can be considered...


Looking to do:
-Assist in recruiting
-Assist in roster planning/evaluation
-Some minor OC coaching
-Help foster relationships with agents
-Help fill coordinator jobs if they come open in the future.

Not looking to do:
-Be in charge of anything completely (still your show)
-Any sort of gamplanning/coordinating.

Ok, here's one. What's wrong with this dot? It takes forever for him to make a decision and he seems to like the other team's receivers more than his own. Was it a 240 playing pro-level competition? His offensive line? His agent's chitty build job?

I don't like the split equipment, but it won't be a build problem. Should be set to 100% open man tactics if he's not. Otherwise it's either receiver speed getting to hotspots, or receivers that aren't getting open, or some playcall/progression issues.
