Nah, when he got cut by the owner it probably reset his level when he got signed to the rookie team. Support hasn't messaged me back yet.

CPU players scale to their competition. Even if that CPU player displayed as level 200, when the game was simmed that CPU player would be scaled to whatever level that particular game's opponent is.

That CPU player had an amazing game no do doubt, but it wasn't some sort of super CPU player, just a regular CPU player having a big game.
