Uganda Silverbacks vs. Virginia Generals 73-0
This game was more like Mike Tyson vs peewee Herman..If I was the Generals I'm start looking for lost ears.
14 tot yards.... 14??? High score on VG is 79 question is who's gonna top it? Sorry but in 4 games they ahve not scored 1 point..It's gonna be a long season for this crew... Grats Apes!

SWAT City Vigilantes vs. Tel Aviv Birdmen 10-31
Strange game IMO.. both teams got about the same amount of yards,,,Hell Swat had some nice long drives even.. But the Birds Spec teams came out to play and it made a huge difference in this sim! Swats Power back did a 10.3 a touch... The birds passing game did some damage.. The rematch should be very good! .. Grats Birds! solid W

Controlled Kaos vs. Hamburg Hawks 0-0
What a game to watch... Hawks game away with more yards..201.5 vs 141.5 for CK ...
We Knew CK had a good Def hell they gave us like 22 points tot in 3 games... But we also know that Doubld H had a hell of a def.. but a 0-0 tie.. Amazing work by both DCs.... This rematch may be bloody... CK gained some respect from me at least.. I know i will pay more attention to them when we play next.. The Hawks I already knew were beast!

Casino Dogs vs. Lehigh Valley Outlawz (A.D.D.) 7-40
GG Dogs! GL with the reivers next game!

Golden Hill Bones vs. Adriatic Sea Wasps 22-0
Dem Bones get a much needed W and do it in a big way. holding the wasp to 50 yards and the Wasp Qb to 2/15 passing.
Bones don't have it easy over the next 3 games, Sneaking out a win in any of the next 3 would be huge IMO.. Still I don't put nothing past this scrappy team... The wasp have steel up next...I don't see them winning that one.. but Steel is on vacation till next season.. so anything can happen... Grats Bones!

STEEL City Mafia vs. Border Reivers 0-17
Well in talking to the steel crew it seems they are sleeping till season 4. Trust me we will see a whole new team when they decide to wake up.. for now Them Undefeated reivers just keep rolling! Steels HBS did manage to do some damage,,, a chick in that reiver armor? They have been fast at closing the holes the last 2 seasons.. so I would not expect to take advantage on them for long! Still it does give some of us a bit of hope .. lol Best Reiver team I've ever played against!

So after 4

We still have 2 Winless teams and 2 undefeated teams

Thats the first 0-0 tie i've ever seen this early!

Apes still on a roll with 23 stright W's

Week 5 picks

Just not seeing a upset in week 5

Virginia Generals vs. Controlled Kaos
Hamburg Hawks vs. SWAT City Vigilantes
Tel Aviv Birdmen vs. Uganda Silverbacks
Lehigh Valley Outlawz (A.D.D.) vs.Golden Hill Bones
Border Reivers vs. Casino Dogs
Adriatic Sea Wasps vs. STEEL City Mafia

Feel free to ad your picks

Nice write up ....adds some color to what is turning out to be a competitive league......Im sure you meant to pick Uganda over the Birdmen.....I see them and the Reivers as the class acts in each conference but not by much.....just speaking in our conference we havent had an "easy" or even "easier" game yet so just glad to be knocking heads with the Big Boys

thank you for this Toric. just cam back home after a few drinks and saw the scores....

32/37-315-3 not bad for my noob QB

EDIT: Now we have Seattle for the tourney and must pay the debd for early boosting two seasons ago. They're lucky, I'm half drunk and not sure about offense plans

I wish everyone would jump in.. active forums tend to make for active players/ teams.. well it helps a little anyway lol

truth is doing this makes me watch games.. keeps my mind in the game the game a bit

Right now the Apes and reivers and even HH just seem to have more well rounded builds... Gives them a nice little edge and makes this game a ton of fun at this lev.. what happens down the road.. well steel is gonna wake up and some other teams will start to catch up a bit.. I think this group will be competitive all the way up.. with a few teams swapping in and out on the road..

But this has been a fun season so far!

Note: this is NOT a put down to anyone.... could be the top dogs right now run this way all the way up to pro...time will tell.. but for now they are kicking some real ass.. and thats what it's all about!

GG you cum slurping mfer's! Why didn't you prematurely boost again? Your sad asses are on the list, never to be removed. You have a better chance of making sweet love to a 700 lb lactating bowl of chili than ever scoring on us again. Now run off and circle jerk in group two and run up some scores.

from all the teams for tourney we get LVO just 3 days before our league game! How many tricks can imagine to score against them for two games?

To some extent, I suspect you are correct in regard to us having more rounded builds. My build plan does tend to jump into multi training quicker than others. We see a bit of a benefit now, but paid an agility cost towards end of rookie and in prep. That said, it isn't to my mind a short term build strategy. I plan to take this team the whole way if I can, but will most likely have to find a good OC along the way if we are to do that.

Some good games in the last 8 of the tourney, Uganda/LVO heads the list and with the Hawks on that side of the draw I'm more than happy to be on the other side of it.

Keeping my eye on CK on my side of the draw as they seem to be rounding into some good form.

ya I was not saying anyone teams would drop off... everyone has a team plan or in some cases every builder on a team does his own thing.. Some teams will drop off.. some will rise up... as for who they are.. truth is who knows....But this season is very competitive and i think we will keep seeing that moving forward...

We have a very fun and focused group of teams rolling up together...makes the game a ton of fun!!!

but I just wanted to be clear i was not putting anyone plan or team down at all...

In the end the score board tells the story... if your kicking ass right now That rocks.. if your waiting to jump out of the weeds later. I get that too... just have fun with it...

I probably try to strike the balance of trying to keep competitive now without killing the end build. I'd get too bored waiting until pro to care, and what if you still screw it up!
