Nope. WL and that's it. No reason to play this game for 2 years (or whatever it is) to get there.

You either know a WL owner (active users, perhaps not "hardcore" as I stated) or you're squeezed out of the top-end if everyone gets to start at 79.

Ok, I think I might understand what your trying to express. Your saying that someone who creates a new dot will not have a chance to get immediately onto a WL team because the "hardcore" users will fill up those spots? Is that correct?

My thought was you create a team with insta dots from yourself and your friends who have left over flex. You win your league and promote to WL. If you get squeezed out, its because you were not good enough.

That's fine let the ones that want One and done have them, let the insta dot people have their insta dots.

I agree it could make it harder to crack the W/L if you are not affiliated with any W/L owners but if you build good dots you can still get there. On top of that pros would become better being that if you don't crack W/L you go to the pros. With the new set up pros should be more competitive at least for a while.

Myself I would go for insta dots where I can say start at day 200 possible higher in wanted to. Not that enthused about building dots from scratched anymore so insta dots would add a twist to the game I think.

And yes it will deplete the lower levels but that would be from agents who don't follow the lower leagues anyways.

There's no reason to play a year as it is, you are saying 2 different things here.

I'm saying the folks who want insta-79 want to play Pro (but, really, just World League), plateau, retire... rinse and repeat. They are bored with building because 1] the game ain't changing and 2] the working builds are known. They know the owners of WL teams, so they can keep feeding the beast at the highest level.

There is zero reason to call for the option of insta-79 if there is any desire to play this game in anything but World League.

Who cares what the name of the league is? Lots of people just don't like playing with dots that aren't finished.

I found it rewarding to go up the ladder this last time. I ran into some teams and agents I wouldn't have otherwise.

No, I want to continue experimenting with builds. What I don't want is to grow bored of the experiment after three months with not being able to even test the effectiveness of the build because I'm still a year from having AEQ and SAs.

Also partly this for the above reasons. Like I could deal with trying to be excited about seeing my dot grow towards the dot it will become if it is actually progressing, but because of ALGs, the build system, and the ever increasing power of AEQ, you finally get to see your dot for what it will be starting around level 72.

What makes some people like vanilla and others chocolate?

Why do some people wet their toothbrush before applying paste and others apply paste before running water over the brush?

Rub it in, why don't you?
