Put Skill Points into SPEED to 25 and Blocking to 18.
enhance SPEED 10%
light train SPEED and enhance to 20%
light train SPEED 3x and enhance to 30%
switch to intense training. After that it is going to kind of depend on when and where you get training breakthroughs. However once you are 28.4 or higher and a good training % (above 50) then you want to boost 1x and cap SPEED at 48. Just make sure that you do it before season rolls over. Train out until D48, then boost the other 2x.
SEASON 1
After you hit level 5, and before you hit level 6, 2nd cap SPEED at 61.
Switch to normal training.
At level 8 and before hitting level 9, 3rd cap SPEED at 68.
Buy Blocking and Strength for multi-training. Then enhance both to 30%. If you can't get both there right away make sure Blocking is 30%, and then get Strength there when you can.
At level 11 cap SPEED at 73.5. (You may want to stop training while at 69.9 with a high training % rather than rolling over to 70.9 and having to cap at a low %.
At level 14 cap SPEED at 77.5
At level 16, boost 1x and cap Blocking at 48
Boost 2 times before season ends
SEASON 2
At level 20, 60 cap blocking
At level 23 cap Strength at 48.
At level 25 boost 1 time and cap Blocking at 68, then boost 2 times and cap Blocking at 73.
Unlock Agility for multi-train and enhance 3x.
While at level 32, cap Blocking at 77
SEASON 3
At the end of the preseason, boost 2x and 60 cap Strength
At level 36, boost 1 time and cap Agility at 48
(Now it is going to depend on training bonuses, when SPEED rolls over to 88 with high training %, then switch from SPEED to Stamina and enhance Stamina 3 times.)
At level 41, 68 cap Strength
SEASON 4
At level 43, 60 cap Agility.
Once Stamina gets to 32 with a high training percentage, you may want to switch from Stamina to Vision enhanced 1x
At level 45, 74 cap Strength
At level 46, boost 2x and 68 cap Agility
At level 51, 77 cap Strength.
On Day 48, boost 1x
SEASON 5
At level 53, 48 cap Stamina
Once Vision gets above 32 with a high percentage, switch to training Confidence
At level 54 but before level 55, 81 cap Strength
Buy SPEED multi training and trade Agility for SPEED
On Day 48 Boost 2 times and 48 cap Vision, then boost 1x and 73 cap Agility
SEASON 6
At level 62, Switch to 3 way training STAMINA , SPEED, Strength.
At level 63, boost 1x and 77 cap Agility
When Strength trains over 90% switch to light training SPEED.
At level 66, boost 1x and 81 cap Agility
On Day 48, boost 1x
SEASON 7

This is a 3 AEQ build. You can probably get more efficient, and training bonuses will throw it off a little bit in places so you will have to adjust a little while building. You could also switch to relaxed training a season earlier to go 4 AEQ.
