Since I never left GLB Classic, my idea is to bring others back.

1) Reduce the price of flex, or reduce the cost of players. No way it costs the same to run this game today and make a profit as it did seven years ago.

2)Offer instant 79, but at a premium. Either shorter life of the player, or the flex cost to instant 79 is non-refundable.

3) Spend money on bringing in new agents. Then have a GLB sponsored network help the new agents learn the game without getting blasted by older / more established teams and networks. Pee Wee league is good, or a revamped D league. Continually adding new agents will keep the game growing, or at least keep from falling into irrelevance.

1. Bring it back to Beta and fix the existing bugs and plan for future releases to keep things fresh.
2. Either cut the cost of flex or have consistent promotions. GLB has passed the Introduction, Growth, and Maturity phases of this product.
3. Either reduce the timeline for builds to a 3-4 month plan or have the option to start players at a specific level.

Have they ever sent an e-mail to everyone in their database? It doesn't cost anything to send an e-mail! Even if they sent an e-mail to the users in the database that have not logged in during the past 30 days (simple SQL query to filter this list) or so it might go a long way to get some of the older players back. Then again, nothing has changed so even if those users log back in they may not stick around. Bottom line, something has to change if they want to bring people back as well as keep their current user base in tact.

I for one do not think DT's should be 200 FP.

I'd like to see:
QB, HB, WR: 200 FP creation and boost
FB, TE, DE, LB, CB, FS, SS: 100 FP creation and boost
OL, DT, K, P, STOPs: 50 FP creation and boost

QBs and HBs should stay 300, reduce WRers to 200 though imo. Make blocking archetypes of all positions 100 imo.

You guys totally missed the mark on this thread. My question was what thing that we had and bort changed would you bring back? Turned into what changes should bort implement? Totally different topics.

I think we're all saying a user base is the thing that we had that Bort changed that we would bring back! Yes, Bort and Co. are directly related to the decrease in the user base for GLB Classic.
