Enhance speed to 3 stars immediately & intense train it most of the way through next season.
Boost 3 times on as close to day 48 as you feel comfortable & run speed up to the cap. Then save your SP's until you can get to the next cap & spend those points to get it there. Keep that up and continue to intense train atty1, while applying SPs only when you have enough to hit the next cap. What you hit either the 3-cap (68), 4-cap (73) or 5-cap (77) you are done intense training 1 attribute. The reason we do this is to get that attribute as high as possible as quick as possible, since early ALG’s (auto-level gains) are amazing. I usually go to the 6 or 7-cap personally.
At this point you are to unlock multi-training for atty1, atty2, and atty3 (this will cost 6+12+18 = 36 BTs). You will now select your atty4 (whatever it is) as your first multi-train spot, and atty1+2+3 in the other 3 slots to begin 4x multi-training.
With any remaining BTs (and BTs you earn) lvl2 enhance atty2, then lvl2 enhance atty3, then lvl3 enhance atty2, and lvl3 enhance atty3 (don't enhance more than 3 stars). Once you’ve done this, lvl1 enhance atty4. Any remaining attributes you train, just lvl1 enhance them.
Continue putting SP’s into atty1 until you reach somewhere in the 83-88 range where you feel comfortable letting ALG’s take it from there. When this happens, begin putting SPs into atty2, whenever you have enough to reach the next cap.
Your goal for atty2 is somewhere in the 83-88ish range as well, though it’s up to you, at which time you switch at pumping atty3 with SPs.
When atty4 hits 31-33ish from training, swap it out with atty5. Keep doing this for all of your minors as you see fit. Your top3 atty’s should always stay included in the multi-training unless your atty1 is approaching 100, at which time you should make sure it rolls over to 100%, and unlock the attribute if your choice for multi-training (replacing atty1). This is assuming you still have some time to multi-train. Of course.
Continue to multi-train until you NEED to switch to light training to have enough BTs to afford your AE goals. For 3AE you get to multi-train for almost your entire career, while 4AE you have to stop a bit sooner.
