Super easy. You just shift click the data from the flex screen, copy it and paste it into Excel.

Add a row to the top where you label the data in the column (Date/Type/Flex), select the three columns and click on the PivotTable button on the insert tab.

Then you drag the column name you want into the Row (say Type). It will initially setup your table to show the number of transactions of that type (like 2,987 Boosts or whatever), but if you drag the "Flex" column in and right click the row above the table data, you can have it show total or sum instead of "count", then it will tell you how much from each category.

You can also get it to graph out your flex purchase history by Year and by Month. Dragging a formula would show you a graph of Flex on hand over your entire time on GLB.
