Well it is loosely enforced for a reason. It's hard to prove and really not a big deal until it gets super egregious.

He never had this happen to him.

The issue is the gross negligence of GLB to have one set of rules. They don't do it for one person, who even brags in main that he's doing it. Then they take away another's team who is doing it.

I don't care, but follow one set of rules and stop picking on some and and allowing others to do it.

15,898 rushing yards in one season by a rqb, we got to keep the team. We only had two human dots, and the other was a punter. Way to enforce rules GLB.
