They are aggressive and do what they are allowed to do within the first 5 yards, just like everyone else is allowed to do. They play within the rules. If it goes past 5 yards and they are not called, that's on the officials. But, it is often they do get it called on them, and they are aware that can happen. Seattle was the most penalized team and yet they managed to overcome that this season. Then they gave one of the most dominating performances is SB history.
