It's true. Over the years, and even recently, I have never heard anyone talking about the Seahawks outside of the last couple of weeks. I understand Seahawks fans can't grasp this but it's true. Seahawks are not a national team like the Bears, Redskins, Cowboys, Packers...
Just because national sports media talk about shitty teams like the Cowboys all the time does not mean everyone cares about them. I could give two shits about the Cowboys but ESPN and NFLN can't stop talking about them. It's the same for just about everyone, if they are not talking about your team or it's division you probably don't give a shit.

Oh, we're well aware that the national media doesn't care much to talk about the Seahawks. The Seahawks do in fact have a very interesting team. It just shows how ignorant the media itself is. The Cowboys haven't been relevant in forever, the Racists, Giants and Jets were all terrible. Bears and Packers... meh. It's your loss, not mine. Media coverage doesn't make a team any better.

Sorry, but the Seahawks won the shittiest SB ever. A forgettable franchise in a regrettable game. At least when the Bills and Broncos were getting beat down 20 some odd years ago the commercials were funny as hell. There was nothing remotely entertaining about this SB at all.

Wow you're bitter about something. As far as entertainment goes, I enjoyed every minute of the Super Bowl, and I could not care less that you didn't. It's really sad that you're this upset over it, really.
FWIW, I didn't watch the halftime show.
You know what? My 'Hawks won the Super Bowl, if you don't like it, that's your problem, not mine.

Agree wholeheartedly. And going into the game it was far from considered the "shittiest SB of all-time" as he put it. People were more excited about this game than they have been in a while. Lot's of interesting matchups to watch. Just because the Seahawks won all of those matchups, people like Dub say it was a shitty game. I thought it was far from shitty.

In this thread, Seahawks fans who are ecstatic about winning their first trophy ever tell the rest of us how excited we should be for them.
A game is always exciting for fans of the winning team and haters of the losing team. For everyone else, there has to be something else besides "Team A won!" or "Team B lost!"
This was a 43-8 blowout that was over sometime in the first quarter. Sorry, but for the rest of us, that's boring.
Just enjoy your trophy, guys. You earned. Don't take it as an insult that the rest of us were bored with the game.

He pretty much said he was bitching about the match-up before the game ever played. Him bashing on the Seahawks and Seattle is ignorant. I've acknowledged the game wouldn't be much fun for a non-Seahawks fan, but it makes zero sense to disrespect the absolute dominance of the Seahawks; it's not their fault the only teams that Denver and the AFC were so terrible this year.

When you don't care about either team you can do one of three things.
1) Ignore the game altogether.
2) Pick a team to root for, for whatever random reason, to try and have SOME interest in the game.
3) Troll both fan bases. In this case, one trolls Seattle fans on one board and Denver fans on another.
