Purely my opinion:

Certain positions like QB, K, P need higher confidence. As far as the rest, not worth chasing unless you want to get it 40 for OTK VA.

Never used the "general" SA's.

Stamina and energy is a whole different ball game though. Definitely DR (and ST'er) for STOPS.
VA Second Wind seems to help on lower stamina dots.

Summation: stamina/energy worth it; confidence/morale not so much except as indicated above.
