Sorry I haven't been more active. I took last season off to get married and realized that I didn't miss GLB and then then to find out the secret new game is just a rehash with better graphics. I am really having issues giving two cares about this game.

I always boost at 22 for the extra VA's. I think the extra VA's offset the minute training advantage you get by holding off. You can argue either side easily enough.
