You won't even start your progressions until you hit a certain point in your dropback. I'd also grab Quick Read over Look Off.
Yeah, if I did it over, I'd have 30-40 speed. Look off is in there because of the "fake" aspect of this build. Quick Read might help find the faked out receiver quicker, so it might not be a bad idea.
