About seventh or eighth forum down. Basically, it's a non-boosting, non-custom mini-league of teams that forms and plays each other outside of the confines of the normal GLB leagues. Don't do it myself but you'll see league underground teams in a lot of leagues.

You can be competitive in pee wee as a No/No, since the boosting disadvantage doesn't build up as it does elsewhere. There's historically been a No/No community down there. Otherwise I'd join an underground league the next time they reset. This is basically what I've done for the last 10+ seasons and where I get the most enjoyment out of the game by far.
