Tripoli is looking for 9 wins and then hopefully I can get a Good DC to come on board.

Looks possible. Probably need to beat both Vegas and Mayan to do it. Good thing they are both Home games for ya.

Mayan is not playing like we usually do. We had a better record here last season. Having a rough season and keep losing some close games.

Post Game 7 Rankings

1) South Side - Continue to make Big Statement wins and appear to the dominant favorite within South Atlantic. The question is can they take on the regular season challenges from Red Hot and BDS?

2) Benin - EZ and crew like to keep it close, but continue to pull out wins against Quality teams, this time over taking fo and stu's Warriors

3) Axis - Take away the 3 point slip up to DS Factory and they are perfect. The offense has not been overpowering, but the Defense has been holding for the most part and putting them in a good spot as they look to Benin for the Christmas Day game of the week for Africa. SLAP has got to be the SSM - Red Hot game

4) BDS - Boozer and the boys have been solid since the opening game. I wonder if some late night partying had anything to do with the ABD game in Week 1. Anyway, looks like the ship is sailing straight and sober as it gets in Dirty Sanchezville (not Very)

5) Rocky Mountain - Still licking the wounds from the Axis game shut down of the Thunder O, but they are still a hot team that will have a very good sead for the playoffs with 4 gimmie Victories left on the schedule. The question is how many of the quality teams do the knock off.

6) Red Hot - They are just that and staring down the smoking barrel at SSM. Home game and notice the Mini-Helmet. They are going to be serious about this one. Do they walk with and Knock off the Big Dogs?

7) Santiago Benitos - Krille and the boys got the Dirty Sanchez for their 2d loss. Still a playoff favorite without any doubt

8) CWE - Tripped up by TAP, but came back to notch out a close but important win over ABD. The easy games are over and they will be fighting it out from here on in to the playoff run. However, Sitting at 6-1 is a good place to be

9) ABD - Suffered loss #2 in a barn burner to CWE. Not sure if either team played any Defense with 1000 yards of offense, but they get to beat up on Cape Verde to get back on track

10) Broomfield - Narrow win over the Birds, but they are back on track after the loss to Red Hot. Away games to Mayan and Voodoo before thier big game with SSM

11) Legendary - Have to be the Best 4-3 team out with a tough loss to Benin. Upcoming games with WWR and RRK give them a chance to separate.

12) RRK - The Knights are on a roll after trading victories and losses. I am sure they are looking to make it 3 in a row before an important game with the Warriors

13) WWR - Have been following an undesired pattern to win then loss then win again to be followed by a loss. I am certain the Rhinos are looking to buck and Horn the trend with a victory over the Warriors to stay in the playoff hunt

14) TAP - Opened the season with 3 straight losses and it looked like disater. 4 in a row has them looking like the TAP of old and going for the 5th before they look for Blood in the Angola diamond fields

15) Porto - Dumped on by SSM they look to still be flat from the close loss to Broomfield. They earned the spot, but they probably need some life before they slip out of the picture

16) Tripoli - They are 5-2, but I am still not sold on them. Statement game with BDS will show if Tripoli is going to strike any Terror this season.

17) Mayan, DS and Cult jumping into the picture. If Vegas already bowing out after getting destroyed by Mayan

Post Game 8 Rankings

1) Benin - The only team to come out perfect in the 1st half of the season and picked up a great statement win over Axis. The question is will they be unbeaten come the Week 16 matchup with Rocky Mountain.

2) BDS - After losing a tough opening game to ABD they have simply dominant and are heading closer to what has become an interesting matchup with Red Hot

3) SSM - South Side lost the close game to Red Hot, but are still a dominant team with WL ambitions. They may miss out on the 1st seed, but they are not going to be a team that anyone wants to play come the end

4) Rocky Mountain - They remain quietly dominant. I suspect they will be chippin away game to game and looking forward to the Week 16 matchup with Benin

5) Red Hot - They are just smoking and where able to throw down the Mini-Helmet at home for an important victory over South Side. If they can take care of business in a New Years Eve matchup with BDS, there is a good chance they can wrap up the #1 seed. Makes ya wonder what happened in the Cult game

6) Santiago - Getting back on the horse and have a slew of lesser teams lying in front of them as they head into the 2d half of the season. Win games they should win and they have a great chance to move back up the field, but I suspect they are looking to get a good spot inthe seeding and make thier noise in the playoffs.

7) ABD - Could be one of the best rushing teams in the league and looking to see if they can make the charge against the risen from the Dead - TAP squad. If they can tighten up on Defense just a bit, they can still rise to the top by seasons end and become a playoff force

8) Axis - They have one of the best defenses in the league. However, they may need to look at making some offensive adjustments to get something going. Andro is a Monster, but who else will step up and produce game to game

9) Broomfield - Another team that keeps games close, however they are winning the close games and that is what counts. The SSM game is coming ever closer and could be a statement game for Broomfield to move up the field

10) CWE - Just got man-handled by DS in Game 8. The Defense is begining to show some holes and needs to set up and allow the offense to win games for them

11) RRK - The Knights are on a roll and have a chance to push the Warriors farther down the playoff picture with a win in Week 9. If they can follow that with a win over Axis, they are going to be well set for a playoff run. Loss either one and they are still going to be fighting for one of the last spots

12) WWR - Finally break the cycle and pick up consecutive wins with a FG game over the Warriors. Next up, Axis where they have the chance to solidify a playoff spot as they follow with gimmie win teams

13) Porto - They continue to win the games they are expected to win and loss the games against top Teams. They have a warm up game before they have a test against BDS to prove they can hang with the big boys

14) TAP - The Preds are jumping in the picture big time with 5 straight victories. However, now the schedule gets real and games will not be easy. Set apart Sunami and Mafia the end of the schedule is going to be a dogfight to pull out wins.

15) DS Factory - They are back on track as expected and are slowly wiping away a 1-3 start to the season. Serving up Axis with their first loss and lowering the throttle on CWE, they jump into the picture with authority.

16) Legendary - Still a promising team, but slowly slipping out of the picture. An important game against the Knights to stay in the playoff picture

17) Cult, Vegas, and Tripoli are 5-3, but are all look to be inferior to Mayan. The question is which of these teams will slide or back into the final two playoff spots, then likely loss in the 1st round to the #1 and #2 seeds.

FIrst of all and most importantly, great read and thank you.

Second, man that is harsh for a win over SSM. No bump in rank and SSM drops two. And no i dont have an explanation about the Cult game. Considering we just ran the same offense vs SSM, all I can think is RNG or really tight gameplanning by Cult.

Thanks, trying to make it light and give something to discuss. However, Red Hot has been moving up. So far the have been 10, 10, 9, 6 and up to 5 with the win over SSM. Still have SSM higher as I would say that they win 7 or 8 times out of 10, this is just one of those times. Now, if RHCP can walk up and jump BDS in a few games, then their is NO question they have to fly up.
