Yesterday I was having this problem...

I wound up using the log-in from roaming around the forums, then when my Home page wouldn't load I went to GLB main's link...

I tried the sign-up page, and used the log-in link from there.

Took me about 15 minutes to discover that path btw. Everything else was 404-ing
