I put this together from the info that was posted by the Smart GLBers. I hope this helps others who are starting new dots as guild as to when the best time to boost would be.
If a correction needs to be made .....just let me know


Season 1 Start at level 4 end at level 19 (40)

Boosting = boost in off season.
50 XP daily for training, Level 1-15 = 625 Max Game XP , Level 16-31 = 500 Max Game XP
lvl 8 & 16 EQ upgrades
Custom EQ add lvl 8 +6 skill & +1 tree ( add tree later when skills are higher for best results)

Season 2 : start at level 19 end at level 32 (80)

Boosting = , Boost at level 22 to start getting VXP.
50 XP daily for training, Level 16-31 = 500 Max Game
VXP = level 25-29, you receive 150 veteran XP per day
From level 30-34, you receive 250 veteran XP per day.
lvl 24 & 32 EQ Upgrades
Custom EQ added on Level 32: +3% modifier or +1 to SA, 50 flex non-refundable

Season 3: start at level 32 end at 42/43 (120)

Boosting = , boost when you can reach level 35.
50 XP daily for training(lvl 40) , 375 Max Game XP( Level 32-52)
lvl 40 EQ Upgrade
VXP = From level 30-34, you receive 250 veteran XP per day
From level 35-39, , you receive 300 veteran XP per day

Season 4: start at level 42/43 end at level 53 (160)

Boosting = 375 Max Game XP( Level 32-52 ) 25 XP daily for training (lvl 41-79) = anytime,
VXP = From level 40 up, you receive 325 veteran XP per day. (13 VXP)
lvl 48 upgrade

Season 5: start at 53 end at 61 (200)

Boosting = 250 Max Game XP Level 53-68 25 XP daily for training (lvl 41-79) = anytime
VXP = From level 40 up, you receive 325 veteran XP per day. (13 VXP)
lvl 56 EQ Upgrade
Custom EQ added to Level 56: +3% modifier or +1 to SA, 50 flex non-refundable

Season 6: start at 61 end at 68 (240)

Boosting = 250 Max Game XP Level 53-68 25 XP daily for training (lvl 41-79) = anytime
VXP = From level 40 up, you receive 325 veteran XP per day. (13 VXP)
lvl 64 EQ Upgrade

Season 7: start at 68 end at 73 (280)

Boosting = Level 69+ = Anytime 125 Max Game XP 25 XP daily for training (lvl 41-79)
VXP = From level 40 up, you receive 325 veteran XP per day. (13 VXP)
lvl 64 EQ Upgrade
Custom EQ added to Level 72: +6% modifier or +2 to SA, 100 flex non-refundable

Season 8: boost to 79 (6 boost) No more XP

ahhhh (1) Boosting is a must........(2) training and applying SPs.....did not get into bcz its too complicated (3) Winner

If you don't boost from 1 to 4 in the first offseason you still reach 79 right?

yes....you will be behind until you reach lvl 73 I think and at that point you get your extra 3 boost.

just shows you when to boost to get them started sooner when you want to be more competitive
