Evil Empire is a very well run alliance and they did a great job hosting their 1st tournament.ADD did good in that very tournament so they must be doing something right there also.

I wouldn't know about how the alliance is ran but I have seen a lot of the builds coming from agents who belong to the Evil Empire and other than a handful of agents the builds really aren't that good. Most builds look to be built to win at low levels and not the higher levels.
