I don't know what Romo's build would be. But the hell if he doesn't have 10+ in On the Run SA.

Romo would definitely have a gunslinger's build, possibly with SA points in On The Run and VA points in Slow Starter and Big Heart. I like Romo and think he's one of the fringe elite, but he has way too much faith in his arm and tries to do too much. He's like Brett Favre without all the winning.
