Late games has NEVER been an issue for bugs mods. Even in the old system we told you to contact Support. The same rule still applies.

sorry, i understood the ticket system was because support and bugs are integrated now

Not at all.

The Bugs Ticket System just falls underneath the actual Support link where you select what the problem is, but bug mods still handle just reported bugs and Support still handles the normal things that are issues, but do not fall under the bugs umbrella (such as personal account issues, flex issues, late sims, name changes, etc..).

gray area there and the pull-down options don't help-- bugs has "sim related' and support doesn't

update: some games are simming--one of my leagues finally finished after 3+ hours.. but others still only partially processed; WL shows more than an hour overdue
