Demand is too low. You have to get lucky with your timing when you go to select a HB.

Meh, I'm not sure how much I personally agree...one of the benefits of the free player is more fully boosted players at the top levels. You can't fill out a team with all QBs and HBs, especially if they're not built really, really well. If you catch it at the right time, Day 41 after all the players get released since it's based on players on teams, you can probably get one.

Have you considered the problems you would have finding a team? And if you do find a team, you're not getting PT. Going off of what dmfa said, it would be cool if every position was available to make on D41 with your free player though.
