Kind of funny how he's yet to have CHARGES even brought up against him, yet he's all of a sudden been convicted of rape. The funny part is, the accusations were for sexual assault, not rape. If you don't know the difference, then maybe you should look it up.
Last I knew, you need to have charges brought against you before you can be convicted of anything. But of course, the public doesn't see it that way. Until it effects them or someone they know, of course.
Court room - Innocent until proven guilty.
Public - Guilty until proven innocent, and even then still guilty. As long as it doesn't effect the person with that view either directly or indirectly.
