I been doing 2. Should I move up to 3, or even 4?

Always 4x train. The percentage gains you get by training 4x is where all the multivalue training comes from.

The answer is four. Four is the number of attributes you shall train, and the number of attributes trained shall be four. Three shallt thou not train, you should instead proceed to four, neither train thou five, as you cannot. 2 is right out. The number of the training will be four.

there are some odd situations where 3 might be ok.

but in general 4 way multi train is best.

Don't screw up like I did at first with multitraining. Never 5 star anything... only two star maybe three.

The bonus to 5-way training is actually better than 4, but you need to enable it with the exploit

I have one player where I 5-stared something. I am not convinced.

I've actually seen a lot of posts on this that has, at least, made me go back to my giant notebook and re-think this very strategy. The MAIN gist of all of it is that there's a percentage of diminished returns gained from maxing out (5 stars) your enhanced training. I believed I had struck a bargain by ONLY maxing out ONE OF my skill training enhancements (usually my primary, which I DO include as a fixed training slot... many do NOT do this... but it's a personal choice of the builder). My "setup" was to have 5 stars in my primary, 4 in my secondary, and 3 in my tertiary. This way I felt I had plenty of BT's left over for AEQ, but still had appropriately addressed building my top 3 skills as much as I should. Now that I've done this approach several times, I've began to rethink HOW long I light train to still accomplish this effect and have a few MORE BT's in my tank. It's either that or, perhaps, only go as high as 4-3-2 instead of 5-4-3 with the stars. I really won't know the answer (or difference, if any) until I've completed several builds to their end with that format.
