How does the bottom end of the age cap work exactly, dot will be 201 on Day 0 next season...Age cap is 201+, can I really not sign him till Day 0 even though he will be street legal by game time?

if he will be 201 on day 0 next season, he will be 201 on day -8 and day 42 this season. you don't age during the off season/pre-season

Whatever first day it turns.
He will turn 200 day 48. Then Day 0/1 whichever it is he turns 201.
But it seems silly I cant sign him during the post-preseason if he will be legal on game day.
