It may take a bit of effort but someday you may be able to get a dot onto a Pro or even WL roster.

My highest level dot is below elite level. He's almost as bad as your dots.

I had him on the market and received 4 WL offers in less than an hour and then a buddy had to send me the dreaded "come play for my team PM".
