Very much so.

Monarchs are a S1 WEPL Alpha team, and were for a long time, til I went into a coma, and spent a year in hospital.
Main reason I got back onto GLB was to get a Monarchs team back into WEPL Alpha.

Also, 4 people not on Monarchs, all talking about Monarchs ITT.

Might need a Monarchs specific Care Meter at this rate.
