Ok, first, you put points in SAs this early. Which means the following: You will kick ass this season...and maybe next season but you will be getting your ass kicked for the next 8 if you even last that long before you pull the plug on him. It's way too early to put points in SAs. Instead of Special Abilities, it needs to be called Secondary Abilities.
Second, you have your gear split up completly (which might be ok for the first season since you can reset for free) and a bit of agility might help, but you spread it thin and that isn't going to help you at all.
And finally you have only 66 speed at level 15, which means you are going to get burned by WRs who have 90+ at that point.
In all seriousness, you should retire and go read the basic build guide in the forums. It will help you a ton.

I don't call myself a build expert (yet),but I've learned from some of the best. Until you understand how to build you will be left behind at the higher levels. I've have dots in WL/Pro and learned basically what building is all about, plain and simple MATH. %'s and ALG's and understanding how to get the most out of them. Once you learn that, you will be able to build a better dot. Here's my CB, he's a level 58 CB, and note he already has his 4 AEQ pieces. One 5% pass deflect and a SDC pieces equipped and another 5% pass deflect and a change direction in eq slots waiting to be enhanced with +3 speed. Took 9 rolls total to get those pieces. Will have high vision and jumping to go with high speed/agility (150+speed/90 agilty). Taking jumping to 80 and tackling/strength to 60. Will wait till after level 72 to start in on SA's.
