Gotta love this one. It's not often I get a TD when we completely screw up.

And actually, I could take it further and say the FS who gets the defensive TD was unquestionably the one who screwed up, with some blame to the CB but not much.

It's a zone coverage. The CB releases from WR1 and then the FS sees three men downfield; the TE covered by the SS, the HB covered by the ROLB, and the WR1 covered by no one. He goes with "double cover the heck out of that TE." The QB notices the WR open to a degree not normally seen. ROLB saves the play by running him down from behind (didn't check but guessing this is not a speedy WR) and knocking the ball out. FS who originally blew the coverage grabs it off the ground and runs it in for a 67 yard TD. No doubt he will now be listed as a "top player threat."

See, now that is what an inexperience coach would say. The truly observant coach realizes that the ROLB and FS secretly planned the entire thing to "look" like a blown coverage but secretly is a ploy to lure the QB and WR into a big plan turnover which worked to perfection.

You should have more faith in your players good sir otherwise you might hurt there feelings and make them cry to there mommies.

That play probably was going to be the brightest spot of my season and now it's a clown show
