I've never had a rushing QB, but... if your QB sees everyone outside covering his called pass play and his vision is high enough and you have him set to "Run Often" - shouldn't he decide to run anyway? I'm not 100% sure, but that seems to be the logical thing that should happen. Since I've never had a rushing QB I'm not sure exactly how the Scramble and Run settings work, but if they don't work like that, then I REALLY don't understand it. lol
Seems to me - if your QB isn't opting to run (at least sometimes) in those situations your tactics or wrong or your vision isn't high enough, no?
