If a team owner sells the team in the middle of the year allow the teams higest GM to take control of it. In an order some what like this.
CO OWNER
CFO
OC
DC
RECRUITER
SCOUT
GM

BIG + 1 Ive been in that situation when I wanted to take control of it when the owner didn't seel it but he choose not to renew it. Which ended up reseting everything.

You can already do this...just PM support.

But does the GM then have to put in the flex required to own the team?

Otherwise, I can see this as a way of people 'buying teams' for others, setting them as GMs, then selling the team. Not to mention that the owner was the original buyer, and therefore, should be free to sell it if they wish without someone else taking it over.

No, it's not necessarily fair if they do it - And just plain wrong, but it is their team and their flex points to do as they wish with.

I see too many loopholes and issues arising with this.

Better to automate isn't it?

Say on Day 40-41 nightly the team goes unowned and a PM goes to the GMs on the club giving them a link to buy the team, with a note that the link expires with the 41 to 42 rollover.

why is OC before DC? DCs win championships.. Also CFO is super easy, probably the least likely to be next in line to be owner.

Co owner
DC
then every other lame GM.

Agents should still get the 3 days to remove themselves from the team if this was implemented.

I think you should pay flext but not as much instead of 400 I would do 250 for the rest of the year and the team GM can not take over unless the team is sold after day 15 in the year.

+1 for this option.
No need for a list imo.
