Because it's a classic example that GLB makes up the rules as they go along. Clearly threads about 9/11 have no place in the World League forum or Regional Pro Casual Elite for that matter, especially since there are places on GLB where that type of issue can be discussed. And while moderators like Mat McBriar are not only ignoring the forum rules, but actually threatening people who point out that those rules are being violated, they also move threads actually about World League teams into Team Press Releases. So they're incredibly anal about threads that actually deal with the WL, then they allow this.
