Just what it says, not sure what the difference is been busy so haven't had a great deal of time devoted to research this but, should all dots that will be 80 days at the end of the season retire?

I'm not retiring all my young dots, cept for throw away peewee players. Maybe a couple others. But not restarting on co-owned Rookie team.

There is likely a disadvantage based on the levels I've seen projected for dots aged 40 and 80 compared to new dots in the new system.
