Well, consider that he doesnt care about anything until pro leagues. Athens golden Eagles (#14) are going to run base UI til playoffs and maybe not even bother then. Both are farm teams for their WL/Pro League feed ins. The #4 team feeds into EEA(recently renamed to The GlobeDotters: Eastern Anubis Gurupies) and AGE feeds into the Asau Pirates. So it depends on your viewpoint.

Actually incorrect. Effective Level is very useful on certain positions. QB, K, P, DL,OL are all very much EL reliant unless you are making STOP centers or something. You should easily maintaine 7-8 EL above actual level with these positions for the most part until you hit level 70+ if you are building your dots correctly.

yeah, but you could technically have 100 natural STA and have a great EL.

Agreed. An elite center build is almost guaranteed to have a horrible EL most of his career.
