I'm trying to turn a 0-16 team into a winner. I need to be smart with my coordinating/owner decisions.

If you want to get better.......play more! Not scrimmaging is counter productive IMO. Scrimmages give you the platform and freedom to try new things on offense, while seeing what don't work on defense.

I'm of the opinion.......here's my defense, you've seen it.....now beat it if you can. If a play has a weakness, then make an adjustment the best you know how until it's solid.

Really, I'm worried about getting booted out of the uni glb tourney because of scheduling conflicts.
